"I'd rather work more efficiently and effectively 364 days of the year than limp through the [entire] year with an inferior product."
Wisconsin
Wisconsin athletic departments run schedules, forms, facilities, gate, and community rec through five vendors that don't talk. Bound runs all of it in one platform, with conference affiliation and co-ops tracked the way the WIAA actually assigns them.
Wisconsin
Wisconsin didn't choose fragmentation. For years, nearly every school in the state ran the same platform. You spoke the same language as the school across the conference, and the work moved. That platform went away, and what came next doesn't fit everyone... Bound is built to be the one platform Wisconsin can come back to.

Wish we would have made the switch over years ago! Super easy to use and navigate. Stat entry is easier, data access is better, and the support from the Bound team has been great.
Bound has an incredibly easily site to navigate with a very in depth presentation of stats and information. I have been incredibly happy with the Bound platform since we made the switch this summer and can't wait to see where it grows to as we expand its use across the state.
Bound has proven to be a clean and efficient website for stat entry. It works great on mobile devices and is an exciting platform for the future of record keeping, information and news regarding high school sports in Wisconsin.
Bound has been an easy transition for stat entry. It is simple, easy to manage, and good for all programs in Wisconsin to take advantage of. Our conference will be using Bound for our entire league scheduling platform as well. It is the ideal one-stop shop for high school athletics.
It was a very tight turnaround to get things setup and communicated to our membership, but the Bound team made sure things were handled. We are excited about what this new partnership will bring to high school sports and the WFCA in years to come.

We know that in Wisconsin...
Activity Scheduling
One school can sit in three conferences.
Wisconsin schedules don't sit inside a single conference. You've got a co-op with the district next door, a different affiliation for football, non-conference dates to fill, and a fine arts calendar nobody else is tracking. Bound handles multiple conference affiliations and co-ops natively, so a game entered once shows up correctly for every school, coach, and family attached to it — no second entry, no reconciling two versions of the same night.
Activity Registration
The same athlete gets entered three times.
Forms, physicals, eligibility, and fees usually live in a system that has never heard of your schedule. That's why the same athlete gets entered three times before the first practice. In Bound, a registered athlete is already a rostered athlete — eligibility status, contact information, and paperwork attached to the team, the schedule, and the coach who needs it. One entry, and the rest of the platform already knows.
Facilities Management
The gym request lands on your desk anyway.
Most Wisconsin schools come to Bound for scheduling. Then the middle school needs the gym, community rec wants Saturday, buildings and grounds needs to know who's in the building, and the request lands in the AD's inbox anyway. Bound runs facility requests and approvals districtwide against the same calendar your events already sit on — so the conflict gets caught before it's a phone call.
Officials Management
Your officials assigner should integrate with your schedule.
Licensing runs through the WIAA, assigning doesn't — your conference handles that, and it shouldn't require a platform disconnected from the schedule those games live on. Bound runs the whole thing in one place: assign officials against the actual calendar, send contracts, communicate changes, and pay out when the season's done. Move a game and the officials attached to it know. No separate login, no second list to reconcile, no chasing a contract through email.
