We believe in the power of human connection, so your first touchpoint with Bound can be just that; a connection with a real human. We want to understand what your program looks like, what's working, and what isn't. After an initial conversation, we can set up a live demo where you can see the platform running in a real school environment, with a real person walking you through it, fielding all your toughest and most specific questions.
This is where the relationship starts. We'll ask about your school, the tools you're currently using, and the challenges you're looking to solve. By the end, your Bound Director will have a clear picture of your situation and can tailor everything that follows to what matters most to you.
Once we understand your priorities, we can take you inside the platform by showing you how our partners are using Bound today. You can see the public-facing experience your community interacts with, the backend tools you'd use day-to-day, and how everything connects.
Bound hosts regular webinars covering everything from hands-on platform demos to product updates. Whether you're new or already a Bound partner, we host sessions that cover new features and workflows as they come online.
Bound runs statewide Iowa high school sports channels that cover every sport, every class, and every corner of the state — big schools and small, metro and rural. Our content highlights kids and the moments they create, because we believe that education-based athletics deserve to be celebrated.
How is Bound actually different from what we're using now, or from other platforms we're looking at?
Most schools come to us running scheduling, ticketing, registration, and facilities as separate systems that don't talk to each other. Bound puts those in one place, so the same data shows up consistently everywhere instead of needing to be re-entered or reconciled by hand. Beyond the platform itself, schools also get a Bound Director who stays involved after go-live — not just a vendor relationship that ends once the contract is signed.
Can we see how this works for a school like ours?
Yes. We can show examples from schools of similar size and conference structure, and where useful, connect you directly with an athletic director or business office contact who's gone through the switch. Seeing it applied to a comparable school is usually more useful than a general walkthrough.
What does the sales/evaluation process look like — how much of our time does this take before we even decide?
We keep this proportional to the decision. Early conversations are short and focused on understanding your current setup and where the friction is. If it looks like a fit, we'll walk through the platform with your specific programs and schedules rather than a generic demo. Most schools spend a few focused hours across the whole evaluation, not weeks of meetings.
What's the actual cost, and are there fees we won't see until later?
Our goal is to never send any of our partners an invoice. With Bound, you get your all software for free if you use ticketing and other revenue features built into the platform. Beyond that, pricing is based on what your school needs, not a flat package everyone pays regardless of size. We'll walk through it clearly before you sign anything, including any implementation costs.
