Activity Scheduling

One schedule, and everything downstream knows.

Bound treats the schedule as the center of the department. Conferences, co-ops, non-conference dates, practices, and fine arts all live on one calendar, and every change moves outward from there — to coaches, opposing schools, transportation, officials, families, and your public site the moment you make it. Multiple conference affiliations are handled natively, so a contest entered once is correct for every school attached to it. Enter it, and you're done thinking about it.

Facility Management

Every space, every building, one calendar.

Facility requests and approvals run against the same calendar your events already sit on. Coaches request space, the facilities office approves it, community groups get routed through the same process, and everyone — athletics, facilities, buildings and grounds, the business office — is looking at one version of the week. It scales across every building in the district, so a multi-school district gets one shared view instead of one per site.

Activity Registration

A registered athlete is already a rostered athlete.

Forms, physicals, eligibility, and fees run inside the same platform as your schedule, which means the handoff happens on its own. When a student registers, they land on the roster with eligibility status, contacts, and paperwork attached — visible to the coach who needs them and connected to the team and the schedule they belong to. Families complete it once, on their phone, and your office stops typing the same name into a second system.

"The mobile app has been very good to us, and to our families. When something needs to get sent out, it goes directly to their phone and they get the information."
