South Carolina

South Carolina districts pay for public sites that look like college programs, and then ask their own people to work in whatever came cheapest. Registration from one vendor, schedules from another, a website from a third — separate contracts, none of them connected. Bound holds the back office to the same standard as the front page: scheduling, facilities, registration, and your public presence in one platform, districtwide.

We know that in South Carolina...

Activity Scheduling

Your admin team deserves what your fans get.

You'll invest in what the public sees. Meanwhile your ADs, secretaries, and coaches are working in a scheduling platform nobody would choose if they had a choice. Bound was built recently enough to feel like it — league scheduling, non-conference dates, and fine arts on one calendar, with every change reaching the coach, the opposing AD, transportation, and your public site the moment it's made. Across every school in the district, in one system.

School Sites & Calendar

You're paying premium for something included with Bound.

South Carolina schools care about their public brand, and they pay for it — a separate website vendor, a separate bill, a separate person keeping it current. Other platforms charge extra for the level of site control that's standard in Bound. Here, school sites and calendars are part of the platform, populated by the schedule your staff already maintains. Directions, rosters, scores, and tickets attached to the event, with no second update.

Activity Registration

Registration is a contract you don't need separately.

Registration usually means a standalone vendor with a standalone invoice and no knowledge of your schedule — so the same athlete gets entered again before the first practice, and again when the roster gets built. In Bound, registration is part of the platform. A registered athlete is already a rostered athlete, with eligibility status, contacts, and paperwork attached to the team and the coach who needs them.

Facility Management

Nothing you're using knows about your buildings.

Practices, games, community groups, and building use compete for the same spaces, and the request routes through an office with no view of your event calendar. Bound puts facility requests and approvals on the same calendar your schedule already sits on — every building, every school, one districtwide view. Conflicts surface before someone has to make a phone call about them.

"Our league is five school districts, 14 different high schools...this was an easy decision for us for sure."
