Activity Scheduling

One school can sit in three conferences.

Wisconsin schedules don't sit inside a single conference. You've got a co-op with the district next door, a different affiliation for football, non-conference dates to fill, and a fine arts calendar nobody else is tracking. Bound handles multiple conference affiliations and co-ops natively, so a game entered once shows up correctly for every school, coach, and family attached to it — no second entry, no reconciling two versions of the same night.

Officials Management

Assigning isn't the problem.

Officials assigning runs through the WIAA, and Bound isn't asking anyone to change that. What Bound does is give you one place to run your own regular-season officials work end to end — assign, contract, communicate, and pay — in the same system where your schedule already lives. When the schedule changes, the officials attached to it know. No separate login, no separate spreadsheet, no chasing a contract through email.

Facilities Management

The gym request lands on your desk anyway.

Most Wisconsin schools come to Bound for scheduling. Then the middle school needs the gym, community rec wants Saturday, buildings and grounds needs to know who's in the building, and the request lands in the AD's inbox anyway. Bound runs facility requests and approvals districtwide against the same calendar your events already sit on — so the conflict gets caught before it's a phone call.

Activity Registration

The same athlete gets entered three times.

Forms, physicals, eligibility, and fees usually live in a system that has never heard of your schedule. That's why the same athlete gets entered three times before the first practice. In Bound, a registered athlete is already a rostered athlete — eligibility status, contact information, and paperwork attached to the team, the schedule, and the coach who needs it. One entry, and the rest of the platform already knows.
