What you're required to use isn't what you want to work in.

There are things that have to land in a state system, and Bound isn't asking you to pretend otherwise. What Bound asks is why that determines where your schedule lives the rest of the year. In Bound, the schedule is the source — change a game once and the coach, the opposing AD, transportation, and your public calendar all reflect it. Then Bound works with you on getting the data out in the format state reporting needs.

Facility Management

The gym request routes through an office that can't see your calendar.

Practices, games, community groups, and building use compete for the same spaces, and the request lands with someone who has no view of your events. So conflicts get caught late, and the athletic office and facilities office maintain separate versions of the same week. Bound puts facility requests and approvals on the same calendar your schedule already sits on — districtwide, with the business office seeing what it needs to see.

Activity Registration

Forms, physicals, eligibility, and fees usually sit in a standalone system that has never heard of your schedule — which is why the same athlete gets entered again before the first practice, and again when the roster gets built. In Bound, a registered athlete is already a rostered athlete, with eligibility status, contacts, and paperwork attached to the team, the schedule, and the coach who needs them. One entry, and the rest of the platform already knows.
