Bound Directors
Bound Directors
Once you and your community are comfortable with Bound, the relationship with your Bound Director doesn't end there. We stay close, checking in across your school year, learning what's working and what could be better, and helping you get more out of what you've already built.
A lot of us have been through the full cycle of a school year; the preseason scramble, the winter crossover, the spring stretch. We know the timing matters, and we try to meet you where you are throughout the year, not just when it's convenient for us.
Resources
Inside the platform, you've got a help doc center and video library available anytime — searchable, organized by tool, and built for quick answers.
Webinars
We host regular webinars with the platform open and a team member running through it in real time, using an actual school environment.
Bound Bootcamps
Hands-on, small-group sessions built around specific tools; a team member opens the platform, walks through real workflows, and answers questions as they come up.
What does 'growing' with Bound actually mean in practice? New products, more schools, or something else?
It can be either, or both. Some schools add products over time — ticketing, camps, sponsorships — as they see room for it. Others expand Bound across additional schools or conferences as those relationships develop. There's no fixed path; it's based on what your department actually needs next.
Do other schools/conferences on Bound end up expanding what they use, or do most stay with the basics?
Both happen. Plenty of schools run core scheduling, ticketing, and registration and stay there indefinitely. Others add revenue features like ticketing and sponsorships once they see the impact on other programs. Neither is treated as the "right" outcome.
Who do we talk to about adding something new? Same team from onboarding, a sales rep, or a different process entirely?
Your Bound Director. Growth conversations go through the same relationship you've already built, not a new sales process or a different team you're meeting for the first time.
If our needs change, does Bound adapt with us or do we need a new contract/negotiation?
Most changes — adding a sport, adjusting for a compliance requirement, absorbing a restructuring — get handled within your existing relationship, not as a new negotiation. Larger changes, like adding a full new product line, are discussed directly with your Bound Director rather than routed through a separate sales process.
