When Aaron Lang started at Sidney High School, managing activities meant juggling Google Docs, spreadsheets, and endless passwords.
“When I first started, we had Google Docs and Sheets and all the stuff like that,” he recalls. “Now, in my fourth year, we decided to go Bound Pro and now everything’s [in] a one-stop shop. I don’t have to go anywhere else. Everything is all in Bound.”
That change simplified every part of his day. “I don’t have to have four different things going. I can just make sure Bound’s up to date… it’s all in one place as opposed to jumping six different hoops.”
For Aaron, Bound didn’t just make his job easier, it gave him time back so he can focus on the most important aspect of his career, serving the people of Sidney.

“The onboarding has been awesome… when something wasn’t working right, I knew I would have a response quickly. They don’t make you feel like you’re a burden. They want to know who you are and be a partner with you.”
That partnership is personal and consistent. “Having Todd Gordon and Patty Calderwood, they make the transition seamless. Before our first football game, I probably called Todd four times, and never once was he agitated by the phone call. I don’t think any of my phone calls to Todd go to voicemail—every time it’s picked up.”
