You're building schedules at 10pm. You're the first call when a bus breaks down and the last one to leave the gym on a Friday night. You're shaping the experience of every student-athlete who walks through your doors. And most of the time, nobody outside your building even knows your name.

The Athletic Director of Influence program is an ongoing series from Bound spotlighting ADs across the country who are moving the profession forward — in their schools, their communities, and beyond.
