Thank you for choosing Bound ticketing for your event needs. Please read below to understand our refund policies.

 

Tickets: Same Day Refund:

If you request a refund before 8pm CST/CDT on the same day as the ticket purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. This means you will receive a refund for the entire cost of the ticket, with no deductions.

 

Tickets: Refund Status of “Checked” Tickets
Tickets that have been electronically “checked,” indicating usage to gain admission to an event will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Passes: Refunds
If you request a refund before the date of the first event the pass is good for, you are eligible for a refund minus processing fees. No refunds will be issued after the date of the first event the pass is good for.

 

How to Request a Refund:

  1. To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
  2. Click on the green Bound circle in the lower right corner of your screen.
  3. Enter the following information into the Support chat:
    • The date and name of the Event that you purchased tickets for.
    • The type of card used along with the last four digits of the card.
    • The email address used to purchase the tickets.

Camps: Refunds
If you request a refund before the camp begins, you are eligible for a refund of the camp price, minus processing fees. No refunds will be issued after the start date of the camp.

 

Activity Registration: Refunds
Activity Registration refunds are subject to the refund policy of the school, minus Bound processing fees. Processing fees will be deducted from any refund authorized by the school taking registrations.

 

Team Donations: Refunds
Donations to team fundraisers are eligible for a refund, minus processing fees. No refunds will be issued after funds have been distributed to the team.

 

Store Purchases: Refunds
Purchases made on Bound Stores are subject to the refund policy of the store creator, minus Bound processing fees. Processing fees will be deducted from any refund authorized by the store creator.

 

Postponements:
In circumstances where an event is postponed to a future date, all tickets purchased in advance will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the event on the rescheduled date, tickets purchased in advance will be eligible for a refund.

 

Cancellations:
In circumstances where an event is cancelled, all tickets purchased in advance will be eligible for a refund.

 

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days from the date your refund request is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment method, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

Exclusions:
Certain schools or organizations may use their own credit card processing account connected to the Bound platform. In those instances the refund policy of those schools and organizations will supercede this Bound Refund Policy. Prior to purchasing, please be sure to understand the school or organization’s Refund Policy.
