All transactions made through the Bound platform are subject to the refund policy of the school or entity providing the event or service.
To request a refund, you must contact the school or entity where you made the purchase (e.g., event ticket, camp, registration). If they determine you are eligible for a refund, they will notify Bound to process it. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in accounts and are usually issued minus processing fees.
